Shipping policy

We are a homeschooling, mama-run business, so we appreciate your patience and understanding:

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days, but most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
During our busy season (September - December), please allow 4-7 business days for processing prior to shipping.
Flat rate shipping of $9.99 via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label has been created.
Wrong address? Email us at hello@braveandcourageous.com as soon as possible! We will do our best to correct it before shipping, though it's not guaranteed. If the package has shipped to the wrong address, the customer will need to cover the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Subscription Boxes: Address changes cannot be made. Please cancel and resubscribe with the updated information.
Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@braveandcourageous.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
